Students who are experiencing academic or physical barriers and have a documented disability, mental health condition, chronic health condition, or other impairment are encouraged to register with Student Accessibility and Achievement<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In order to have an absence or lateness approved, please fill out the absence request form. Upon submission your request will be sent to the appropriate faculty members for consideration and approval. You will also receive an automatic response reminding you of the documentation you may need to submit for your request, in case you have not already provided it. You will receive another email once a decision has been made\u00a0about your request. Please contact the Ensemble Resource Office if you have any questions.<\/p>\n
