MGSS - McGill Music Graduate Students' Society
The MGSS Executive Council is pleased to announce the first general assembly of 2018. The meeting will take place in the conference room A-832. Agenda items will include the filling of vacant positions (Performance Representative, Secretary, PGSS Representative), motions regarding quorum and the AGSEM delegate position, and the selection of a new MGSS logo.
A crash course on Robert’s Rules will precede the meeting itself, starting at 6:00. We strongly recommend this session for new students, or anyone who would like to learn more about how our meetings are run. We will also be providing placards with procedural information for all members.
A wine and cheese reception will follow. We look forward to seeing you there!
