Orleigh Quartet | Added a Masterclass on May 21 in Wirth Opera Studio at 14:00-16:30

Group B | May 19 rehearsal in C-201 from 9:30-12:00 had been RESCHEDULED to May 19 C-301 12:00-14:00

Group F | May 22 rehearsal in Wirth Opera Studio has been RESCHEDULED to 11:00-12:00

Group H | May 19 your room is changed to C-309 and your coaching with Kyoko Hashimoto will be rescheduled

Group S | May 20 rehearsal is cancelled, new rehearsal on Friday, May 24 from 13:00-15:00 and the location of your rehearsals have all moved to C-515! Please see schedule for all details!

Group T | May 19 rehearsal in cancelled, new rehearsal on May 23 in C-422 from 10:00-13:00 has been added.

Welcome to Musical Chairs!

Building Access: Please come by the Musical Chairs Office to pick up your key cards (one per group). You’ll need this to enter the Strathcona Music Building (555 Sherbrooke W) at any time on Sunday, May 22 and prior to 11:00 on Monday, May 23. You’ll also need this to access the E-wing practice room floors (3, 4 and 5).

Schedules: The daily events calendar will be updated online and posted on our office door. You can sign up for additional space in the large ensemble rehearsal rooms with us (as available). No reservation is needed for the individual practice rooms – please just coordinate key-card access with your “home group” members, or with a Schulich student!

Contact Info: We have emailed you all a sheet with the preferred contact info for all the festival participants so you can coordinate with your group members, etc 🙂
