Purple Patch (K) | I’ve booked C-302 from 10:30-12:30 for you!

There are rooms available for practice tomorrow, but our team will be in the Wirth Lobby for Musical Mimosa, we’ll bring the office with us!

For all of our Musical Mimosa players in the Wirth Lobby, you can use Tanna Schulich Hall as the green room for your cases and belongings during the concert. Please enter on level 2, a stage manager will be there to let you in!

I’ve given Redpath Hall (terrace door) card access to all the Schulich students performing in the Closing Concert as well as the Schulich professors and visiting professors with access cards.

Reminder for all visiting groups!
Please return your access cards or keys to us tomorrow (May 25!)
at the Closing Concert (Redpath Hall) or reception (A832/833 in Wirth)

We have Canada lanyards for all the travelling players, so please come by the Musical Chairs office to collect one.

Stelios Quartet | I’ve scheduled your COACHING with Cibrán Sierra Vázquez at noon in room C-302 on May 24

Trio Joliven (M) with Cibrán Sierra Vázquez | We had to move your COACHING on May 24 to 10:30-12:00 in C-302 (Cibrán to join at 10:45), if you want some more time to rehearse before, the room is still available!

The DRESS REHEARSAL schedule has been added for players in the concert on May 24 in Redpath Hall and you’ll see I’ve rearranged the schedule to reflect the performance order for both marathon concerts!

There is no dress scheduled for this concert, but groups can sign up for more time to rehearse on Friday (and Saturday) and Wirth Opera Studio is reserved for run-throughs from 10:00 to 16:00 on Friday – come up to the Musical Chairs office to sign up for a time 30-minute time slot!

Groups C, D, and E | When you arrive at the church (directions are here and it takes about 30 minutes from the School), enter via the door at ground level on the left side, there are indications for a wheelchair entrance. Go up the stairs and into the church! Jordan will be there to meet you! You can message her in the What’s App chat if you’re lost 🗺️

Group E | Added rehearsal on May 23 in C-201 from 9:30-11:45

Amethyst Trio (H) | I’ve added some rehearsal time for you on May 23 in C-304 from 14:30 before your coaching!

Group M with Cibrán Sierra Vázquez | I’ve added a COACHING on May 24 from 12:00-13:00 in C-302, if you want some time to rehearse before, the room is available

Group C | Your rehearsal on May 22 in C-309 is now from 9:15-11:45 as requested!

Group I with Stéphane Lemelin and Group R your rehearsals on May 21 are at the same time, but I’ve moved you from C-204 to room C-304

Group H | we’ve found a new time for your coaching with Kyoko Hashimoto on May 23 in C-304 from15:30-16:30 and we’ve added a rehearsal/coaching with Seth Parker Woods on May 24 in C-304 from 11:00-11:30 for rehearsal and Seth will come at 11:30 for your coaching!

Group J (aka Group DJ) | you have an added rehearsal tomorrow (May 21) from 10:00-12:00 in C-408

May 23 | We’ve updated the website to include directions (and some restaurant / post-concert recommendations) to Saint-Charles Church for the Thursday night concert! Read more here!

The Concert scheduled on May 24 in Wirth Opera Studio at 17:00 is moving to Redpath Hall! There will also be a dress rehearsal – stay tuned for that schedule!

The Closing Concert on May 25 at 7:30pm is also moving to Redpath Hall! The dress rehearsal schedule remains the same (but will be at Redpath). This concert will also be webcast on the Schulich YouTube Channel
